Author Guidelines

ARTICLE WRITING GUIDELINES

Al-Munandar: Journal of Education accepts research articles, literature reviews, conceptual articles, and educational innovations that are original and have not been previously published or submitted to other journals. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English and should be 10–15 pages in length, including the reference list.

WRITING FORMAT

  • Font: Cambria, size 10–11 pt, single-spaced (1), A4 format (2.5 cm margins on all sides).
  • Article title: TNR 16 pt, all uppercase, bold, maximum 15 words.
  • Author name: TNR 12 pt, without academic titles. First name abbreviated, last name written in full. If there is more than one author, use superscripts to indicate different affiliations.
  • Affiliation and corresponding email: listed below the author’s name.

STRUKTUR ARTIKEL

  1. Title–briefly and concisely describes the content of the article.
  2. Author’s Name & Affiliation – includes full name, institution, and email address.
  3. Abstract–written in Indonesian and English, 150–250 words. The abstract must explain the objectives, methods, results, and main conclusions.
  4. Keywords–consist of 3–5 words, separated by commas.
  5. Introduction–includes the background, theory, issues, and objectives of the community service activity.
  6. Methods–describe the location, target audience, stages of the activity, and implementation methods.
  7. Results and Discussion–present the results of the activity, analysis, and discussion of the impact or benefits for the community.
  8. Conclusion and Recommendations–includes a summary of the results and recommendations.
  9. Acknowledgments–if applicable, directed to supporting institutions or funders.
  10. References–formatted according to APA 7th Edition style, limited to the last 5 years, with at least 80% of references from scientific journals.

TABLES AND FIGURES

  • Tabel diberi nomor dan judul di atas tabel.
  • Garis tabel hanya horizontal, tanpa garis vertikal.
  • Gambar diberi keterangan di bawahnya, dan dirujuk dalam teks.
  • Semua gambar harus memiliki kualitas dan kontras yang baik (resolusi tinggi).

  • Research articles in the field of education.
  • Literature review articles in the field of education.
  • Conceptual articles discussing educational theories, models, and innovations

REVIEW PROCESS

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind review process by at least two peer reviewers. The decision to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript will be communicated to the author via the OJS system.
