03. Originality and Prior Publication

Authors must submit original work that has not been published previously in another journal or publication.

Manuscripts must not be submitted simultaneously to more than one journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted work does not violate copyright, publication ethics, or other intellectual property rights.

Declaration of Originality
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original and that all sources, ideas, data, quotations, and materials originating from other sources have been appropriately acknowledged.

04. Manuscript Structure

Authors should organize manuscripts in a clear and logical academic structure. The following structure is recommended for research articles:

  1. Title
  2. Author Names
  3. Author Affiliations
  4. Abstract
  5. Keywords
  6. Introduction
  7. Methods
  8. Results
  9. Discussion
  10. Conclusion
  11. Acknowledgments, if applicable
  12. References

The structure may be adapted according to the nature of the manuscript, provided that the organization remains clear, logical, and academically appropriate.

05. Title, Authors, and Affiliations

The title should accurately represent the content of the manuscript. Authors should avoid unnecessary abbreviations, overly general statements, and titles that do not clearly describe the subject of the article.

All authors who have made a substantial contribution to the manuscript should be listed. Author names must be written consistently and should correspond with the names provided during the online submission process.

Each author's institutional affiliation should be clearly stated. The corresponding author should be identified during the submission process and must provide an active email address.

06. Abstract and Keywords
```
The abstract should provide a concise summary of the manuscript and allow readers to understand the main purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusions of the study.
A good abstract should generally include:
  • Research background or problem
  • Purpose or objective
  • Method or research approach
  • Main findings
  • Conclusion or implications
Authors should provide relevant keywords that represent the main concepts and subject areas of the article. Keywords should help readers and indexing services identify the content of the manuscript.
07. Tables, Figures, and Illustrations
Tables and figures must be relevant to the discussion and should be presented clearly. Each table and figure should have an appropriate title or caption and should be referred to in the main text.
  • Tables should be numbered consecutively.
  • Figures and illustrations should be numbered consecutively.
  • Sources must be provided where tables, figures, or illustrations are adapted or reproduced from other sources.
  • Authors should ensure that all visual materials are clear and readable.
08. Citations and References
All sources cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and all references listed at the end of the manuscript must be cited within the text.
Authors are expected to use relevant and credible scholarly sources. References should be accurate, complete, and consistently formatted according to the citation style required by the journal.
Reference Management
Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Zotero, Mendeley, or other compatible reference management tools to maintain consistency in citations and bibliographic information.
09. Language and Academic Style
Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and academically appropriate language. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript is grammatically correct and easy to understand.
Authors should avoid unnecessary repetition, ambiguous statements, unsupported claims, and excessive use of technical terminology that may reduce the clarity of the manuscript.
Language Options
Manuscripts may be prepared in accordance with the language requirements specified by the journal and the applicable manuscript template.
10. Publication Ethics
Authors must comply with the publication ethics standards of Sangeang Journal. Manuscripts must be original and must not contain plagiarism, fabricated data, falsified information, or inappropriate manipulation of research findings.
Authors must properly acknowledge all sources and obtain the necessary permissions when using copyrighted materials.
Authors are also responsible for ensuring that all individuals listed as co-authors have made appropriate contributions to the manuscript and have approved the final version submitted for publication.
11. Plagiarism Screening
All submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism or inappropriate textual similarity before being forwarded to reviewers.
Similarity Threshold
Manuscripts with a similarity level exceeding 20% may be returned to the authors for examination, revision, and correction of the sections identified as having substantial similarity.
A similarity percentage is not, by itself, a final determination of plagiarism. The editor may examine the source and context of similarities before making an editorial decision.
12. Research Ethics and Permissions
Authors are responsible for ensuring that research involving human participants, personal data, institutions, communities, animals, or other regulated subjects complies with applicable ethical requirements.
Where required, authors should obtain appropriate ethical approval, informed consent, research permissions, or other relevant authorization before conducting and publishing the research.
