The purpose of this research is to examine the nature of student delinquency, the critical need for character education programs, and the impact of PAI instructors on reducing antisocial conduct among school-aged youth. We used content analysis techniques to sift through the documentation of pertinent scientific publications in order to compile secondary data for our qualitative library research project. Based on the findings, teenage internal characteristics and external surroundings, such as family, society, and school, influence the severity of student delinquency (juvenile delinquency), which can range from mild to severe. Strengthening character education holds an urgent necessity as a preventive instrument through the holistic habituation of moral values. In this moral reconstruction, PAI teachers play a strategic role as pioneers of success by acting as role models, ethical guides, and emotional managers for students. Through a humanistic approach and an understanding of students' objective conditions, PAI teachers are able to reinforce moral fortitude to mitigate the spread of juvenile delinquency
