Developing artistic talent in primary school-aged children plays a crucial role in enhancing creativity, self-confidence, and the ability to express oneself. However, artistic talent is often viewed merely as a supplementary activity, and research specifically integrating the roles of teachers and parents in supporting its development remains limited. This study aims to analyze the roles of teachers and parents in supporting the development of artistic talent in primary school-aged children. The study employs a library research method, utilizing relevant data sources such as journal articles, books, theses, conference proceedings, and scholarly documents. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña data analysis model, which encompasses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that teachers act as facilitators who create creative learning environments, provide guidance, and appreciate students' work. Parents contribute through emotional support, motivation, the provision of facilities, and opportunities for creative activity at home. Collaboration between teachers and parents is a vital factor in sustaining the development of artistic talent, despite ongoing communication challenges. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis regarding the synergy between teachers and parents in developing artistic talent in primary school-aged children, serving as a foundation for strengthening school-family collaboration to optimize children's artistic potential.
