The development of digital technology requires young people to have strong information literacy skills in order to compete in various sectors. However, most young people in rural areas still face limitations in terms of technological knowledge and skills, which hinders their productivity and creativity. This community service program aims to improve young people's information technology literacy through intensive training covering digital device introduction, information management, cyber security, and the use of digital-based creative platforms. The implementation method uses a community-based training approach through three stages: (1) needs analysis; (2) training and mentoring; and (3) evaluation. The results show a significant improvement in basic digital understanding, the ability to use productivity applications, and the ability to create creative content for personal and community needs. This program also encourages young people to develop digital-based businesses. Thus, strengthening technological literacy has proven to play an important role in encouraging creativity and innovation among young people in facing the challenges of the digital transformation era
