This community service activity aimed to assist the optimization of the e-Performance system implementation at the Regional Personal Agency (BKD) of West Nusa Tenggara Province to improve the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The activity was conducted through socialization, technical training, application usage assistance, and evaluation involving BKD employees as participants. The implementation stages included needs identification, preparation of training materials, mentoring activities, monitoring, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and activity evaluation. The results showed that the mentoring activities improved employees’ understanding and skills in digital performance reporting and data input processes. In addition, the implementation of the e-Performance system contributed positively to administrative efficiency, reporting accuracy, transparency, and employee accountability. Several obstacles were identified, including limited technical understanding among some employees and internet network constraints. Through this assistance program, the implementation of the e-Performance system is expected to be more optimal and sustainable in supporting the improvement of public service quality
