The following publication ethics are adapted from the COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors and must be observed by authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers.

Publication Decision

Editors are responsible for deciding which articles are published in the journal. They work based on editorial policies, guided by legal and ethical considerations regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.

1. Fair Process
Editors evaluate manuscripts based solely on their academic merit, without discrimination regarding race, gender, religion, or political views.

2. Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff must not disclose any manuscript information to anyone other than the author, reviewers, and editorial advisors.

3. Conflict of Interest
Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript may not be used in the editor’s or reviewer’s own research without written consent from the author.

4. Reviewer Duties
Reviewers must critically evaluate manuscripts according to their expertise and assist editors in making editorial decisions. All reviews must be conducted objectively.

5. Accuracy and Objectivity
Reviewers should provide constructive feedback supported by clear reasoning and must notify editors if the manuscript is outside their area of expertise.

6. Author’s Responsibilities
Authors must ensure their works are original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal is unethical.

7. Correction of Errors
When authors find significant errors in their published work, they must immediately inform the editor to retract or correct the paper.

Plagiarism Check

The author must ensure that they have written an original work. If the author has used the work and/or words of others, they must cite it correctly in accordance with the applicable rules. An author may not publish a manuscript describing the same research in more than one journal or major publication. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals concurrently is considered unethical and unacceptable.

The editor will run a plagiarism check using Plagiarism CheckerX for all submitted articles before they are sent to reviewers. We do not process any plagiarized content. If an article has more than 20% plagiarism based on the checking result, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision and correction of the plagiarized content.
