This community service program, conducted by students of the Faculty of Sharia, UIN Mataram, aims to strengthen character, leadership, and religious moderation values among Islamic boarding school students. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program positions students and santri as equal partners in learning and value reflection. The results indicate a significant improvement in the santri’s understanding of religious moderation, especially in tolerance, justice, and balance. They also developed Islamic leadership skills, social responsibility, and discipline. For university students, this activity provided a practical platform to integrate Islamic law theory and character education into real socio-religious contexts. The collaboration between university and pesantren proved effective in fostering moderate, participatory, and sustainable Islamic education.
