Ncera: Journal of Community Innovation is committed to providing accessible and open publication opportunities for researchers, academics, practitioners, and community development actors. To maintain publication quality, ensure sustainability, and support a professional editorial process, the following author fee policies apply:

Rp 0 (Free of Charge) Authors are not required to pay any fee when submitting manuscripts to the journal.

Rp 0 (Free During Launching Period) During the journal’s launching period, all accepted articles are processed, reviewed, edited, and published free of charge as part of our commitment to supporting innovation, community empowerment, and sustainable development initiatives.

After the promotional period ends, standard publication charges may be implemented. Any future fees will be clearly announced on this page before taking effect.

· Editorial assessment, copyediting, proofreading, and article layout preparation

· DOI registration for every published article

· Online publication and long-term digital archiving

· Open Access dissemination without subscription barriers

Since publication is currently provided free of charge, no refund policy is applicable. If publication fees are introduced in the future, refunds will only be considered in cases of administrative or technical errors caused by the journal.

If publication fees are implemented in the future, information regarding payment methods, including bank transfer and other available payment channels, will be officially announced on this page.
