The richness of culture in Indonesia requires higher education institutions to intensify the internalization of multicultural values in students. In this context, lecturers hold a strategic position to foster attitudes of tolerance, inclusion and mutual respect in the academic realm. This study aims to explore the contribution of lecturers in instilling multicultural values in students of the PPKn Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram (UMMAT). Using the qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies with related lecturers and students. The data analysis process includes reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. Research findings reveal that lecturers carry out internalization of values through the integration of diversity material in lectures, the use of inclusive learning methods, the creation of democratic class interactions, and the provision of real role models. These steps have proven to be effective in building students' empathy, tolerance, collaboration and respect for differences in background. This research concludes that the active role of lecturers is very crucial in strengthening students' multicultural character while creating a harmonious, democratic and inclusive campus climate.
